The Windermere branch of the CIBC celebrated their 1st anniversary with some great activities for their customers and guests.

With festivities starting at noon and running until 4pm, the branch was full of energy and excitement. There was something for everybody. The children loved the “Durf” the clown and his magic tricks, as well as the various entertainers doing face painting, caricatures, and balloon animals. Children had a chance to do some colouring in the boardroom while the adults could spin the wheel for CIBC prizes including piggy banks, calculators, ruler sets, school packs, and keychains. Closer to the entrance of the branch there was a draw box where people could enter to win a 13″ Macbook Pro or $1000 GIC. And throughout the event, DJ Kwake was on site spinning some great tracks across all the genres and decades from the oldies to contemporary hits.

Besides the activities, there were plenty of snacks on hand such as popcorn, cotton candy, cookies, cake, Tim Horton’s coffee, and even a Funky Pickle mobile trailer parked outside serving up free pizza for all the patrons.

And of course, everyone had a great time getting their pictures taken in the Flashworks Photobooth. May tried our booth two and even three times, laughing throughout their sessions and again after seeing their prints. Children and parents alike loved it.
