Serene and Ali, congratulations on a beautiful wedding at the Alberta Gallery of Art!

Blue and silver was the theme of the night and was carried through across all the elements for the reception from the guestbook table to the centerpieces and chair covers. Sparkly silver curtains hung behind the head table above which the text “Serene and Ali” was illuminated onto the wall along with stars of varying sizes.

Each guest received the wedding favour of a beautifully wrapped white frame that they could insert their photobooth print into. They also got a duplicate print to place into a guestbook for Serene and Ali.

The dinner was absolutely fabulous and consisted of a main course of seared roasted Alberta angus tenderloin beef  with brown butter whipped potatoes and seasonal vegetables.  A tasty selection of desserts followed and the wedding cake cupcakes with white whipped icing and silver edible ball bearings were especially delicious.

The DJ was a hit and kept the guests dancing with a well balanced repertoire of contemporary hits and more traditional ethnic music. And Maria from Flawless Couture Event Planning made sure that the evening ran smoothly.

Serene and Ali, thank-you for making us a part of our special day! Congratulations and may your love for each other grow stronger with each passing day.
