Susan and Ali had a fantastic “Bollywood themed” night at the Fantasyland Hotel, and Flashworks Photobooth was honored to be a part of it.

When the doors opened for cocktail hour to a lineup of guests, they were greeted by soothing background music with a little bit of a Bollywood flair, and subdued but elegant lighting that highlighted the blue hues of the table decor they seated themselves around. Above the head table glowed the a silhouette of Susan and Ali’s names in the design taken from their invitations.

This intimate reception consisted of just under 15 tables and before any festivities started, guests could help themselves to a candy bar that consisted of Swiss chocolate, sour candies, starburst candies and an assortment of other candy favorites.

With the official start of the evening, the cousin of the bride and groom, MC Anthony,  introduced the bridal party who were led to the head table by a belly dancer in sizzling style. The newlyweds took their places at the head table and a delectable dinner and desert promptly followed. After dinner, the night continued with a number of engaging speeches from various friends and family, the cutting of the elegant wedding cake, and concluding with the newlywed’s much anticipated first dance as husband and wife.

As the formal events finished, the party kicked off with music, dancing, and sessions with the photobooth.  In place of a typical guestbook for guests to pen their well-wishes into, Ali and Susan provided a special album into which guests could insert a copy of their photo sessions and add a little note beside. By the end of the evening Ali and Susan had quite the book of memorable, pictuesque, and sometimes slightly embarrassing, photo memories with which to immortalize their special day.
