Sophia and Kemol are the two nicest, loving and funniest people you will ever meet, which makes it easy to see why they love each other so much. Their lovely wedding was held at the Crowne Plaza with light pink and black as the theme colours for the evening.

As the guests entered, they were greeted with a “wish tree.” They were to write a wish down on a pink piece of paper, and then hang it on the little trees provided. This was a very cute touch for the entrance way. As you walked in you were enchanted by the atmosphere. Flowing fabric suspended from the ceiling was an elegant touch, as well as the variety in centerpieces. Some tables featured a tall glass vase topped by a great white ball of roses with crystals hanging from the sides. Other tables were accented by silver trees with silver tinsel hanging off the branches. Everything sparkled so nicely in the light.

The Master of Ceremonies did a great job entertaining people and keeping the events of the evening flowing. Unfortunately, Sophia’s grandmother wasn’t able to attend the wedding but she wrote a speech which was presented in her stead. The rest of the speeches were very touching and had many guests tearing up. Along with the tears, many laughs and smiles were shared. A nice slide show was presented after the speeches.

As the night went on, the bride and groom had their first dance after which everyone else joined them on the dance floor. Sophia and Kemol even hired an instructor who led and taught the guests how to dance. Everyone was on the dance floor learning to dance; it was quite entertaining to watch everyone bust a move!

And, the elegantly and ornately decorated candy buffet was quite popular as by the end of the evening, no candy had been left.

Sophia and Kemol, thank you for letting us be a part of your momentous occasion. It was plain to see that everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves and had nothing but warmth and well-wishes for the both of you. Congratulation to you both!
