Flashworks Photobooth would like to congratulate Amanda and David on their wedding day and extend a heartfelt wish of life as husband and wife filled with love, laughter, and happiness!
The evening began as guests arrived to the reception hall and entered the banquet room that was tastefully decorated with a black, white, and green colour scheme. The round tables were covered with a white tablecloth, in addition to a smaller black tablecloth as an overlay, and the chairs were covered with a satin black cover to tie it all together beautifully. The center pieces were composed of a large, cylindrical vase that contained three green flowers each separated by a delicate silver metal swirl, where each vase was surrounded with four small white candles. So pretty!
Upon their arrival, guests were offered a unique signature drink to kick off the celebrations during the cocktail hour: a bright green drink served in a martini glass, along with a juicy red strawberry placed on the rim of the glass. This cool drink also had a cool name: ‘Mesmerizing Mermaids’! While on the topic of food, how could anyone miss that beautiful wedding cake?! The top layer was made up of a traditional piece of cake: a white, square cake, topped with two wedding bands as the cake toppers. The rest of the cake was actually not cake per se, but cupcakes! The next three layers had a variety of small, medium, and large cupcakes and were decorated with either pink, green, or white icing. Some of the cupcakes even had mini Oreos a top! Only one word came to mind upon laying eyes on that cake: ‘Yummy!’ Shout out to Flirt Cupcakes on a job well done!
The wedding party entered the hall to the music of Guns N’ Roses’ ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ with lots of energy and took the opportunity to ‘high five’ the seated guests on their way in. Overhead the head table, a large light projection lit up the background with the names of the newlyweds, along with their wedding date. Dinner was served and guests enjoyed their meal while listening to wonderful music. Songs such as Ben E. King’s ‘Stand by Me’ played in the background and only added to the wedding feel of the night. Well done, Revolution Entertainment!
In addition to all the other fun events occurring throughout the evening, guests also enjoyed the photo booth! Several guests dressed up using props from the prop box and had loads of fun taking pictures in the photo booth and looking over their pictures with other guests at the wedding! Fun was had by all as the guests kept returning to the booth to take more pictures!
On behalf of Flashworks Photobooth, we would like to send out our warmest regards and happiest wishes to the newlyweds, Amanda and David. Thank you for having us share in your special day and all the best to you both as you journey through life as husband and wife.
