Flashworks Photobooth would like to thank Hardisty School for having us be a part of the Grade 9 students’ graduation celebration!

The celebration for the night was a fun and glamorous Hollywood theme! The walls were decorated with balloons, stars, disco balls, and cool black and silver film strips! Tables were garnished with pretty fishbowl centerpieces that were filled with either blue, purple or orange sand and had a single, multi-coloured flickering candle. Some tables also had colourful star trees to glam things up too!

There was a backdrop where students could strike a pose on a red carpet! A perfect photo opportunity for staff and students seeing as everyone was all dolled up! The backdrop was personalized with the school’s name and ‘Farewell 2012’; what a cool way to provide staff and students with a keepsake from the evening’s festivities! Students could also stand behind a large board and peek their faces through two cutouts and pretend to be Oscar winning stars!

In addition to all the fun decor, there was also a lot of food for all to indulge! Red and white striped popcorn bags were filled with goodies like popcorn and chips; fruit trays were also in abundance, and there was even a candy bar! Upon further investigation, a gluten and sugar free table of snacks could also be found. What a way to satisfy everyone’s sweet tooth!

As the celebration rolled on through the night, guests could also enjoy the photobooth! Several grads dressed up using props from the prop box and had loads of fun taking pictures in the photo booth and looking over their pictures with other students at the party! Fun was had by all as the guests kept returning to the booth to take more pictures! Surely the pictures from the photo booth will last as life-long memories for the students and the staff from Hardisty School as they celebrated the Grade 9 students’ accomplishments and their future that lay ahead.
