When we first signed up for Over the Top Fashion Swap (OTTFS), we weren’t sure what to expect. It seemed like an abstract concept of swapping clothes for tokens, with a variety of businesses thrown together. However, all that abstractness and uncertainty quickly vanished when we saw the set up, the fantastic mix of vendors, and the line-ups of eager fashion swappers.

There were people everywhere. The rain didn’t seem to deter anyone. People were excitedly browsing and perusing, while vendors were explaining their trades and handicrafts. Up on the 2nd level the crowd between tables was thick as patrons eagerly tried products and received complimentary massages, treatments, and consultations. The 3rd level saw people browsing loaded racks for new threads while other received make-overs and glamour shots. And let’s not forget the fabulous fashion show.

Many people came to get complimentary photos in the Flashworks Photobooth. I think it was the laughter emanating from inside the booth that drew everyone to it. We enjoyed meeting everyone!
